Biscopan KAMUT® Tostarelli are made with Khorasan wheat, an ancient cereal rich in vitamins and minerals, considered the most complete cereal from a nutritional standpoint. As a food it is rich in protein and mineral salt, especially zinc, magnesium and selenium, the latter well known for its anti-oxidant properties.

This type of wheat is a high-energy cereal thanks to the high percentage of lipids it contains.

Very tasty toasted bread morsels, KAMUT® Tostarelli are perfect as a replacement of bread. Natural and controlled leavening is such to give them a distinctive and exclusive browning. Made with sunflower oil, they are friable and perfect for every moment of the day.
